Training Specialist
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.
- Customize programs to meet departmental and organizational needs.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Use interactive methods to ensure knowledge retention and engagement.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update training content regularly to reflect changes in policies or procedures.
- Partner with HR, department managers, and subject matter experts to align training with business objectives.
- Support onboarding programs for new hires.
- Minimum Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years in training, instructional design, or related role.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Experience with Paycom HRIS preferred
