IT Lead Analyst - Workday Financials and Projects (Functional)

Pay Target salary range: $140,000 – $160,000 annually (based on experience) Engagement Type Direct Hire What You’ll Be Doing Highly visible Workday Financials Lead role owning Accounting Center, Projects, Procurement, and Prism within an enterprise environment. This position operates as the primary platform owner and strategic partner to Finance and IT, driving system design decisions, optimization, and long-term roadmap following a major Workday implementation. Ideal for a senior Workday Financials SME who wants ownership, influence, and visibility without moving into people management. Who We’re Looking For- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Workday core financials, Accounting Center, Projects, Procurement, and/or Prism
- Strong understanding of financial processes including GL, AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, integrations, business processes, reporting, and security
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, HR, and IT
- Bachelor’s degree required; Workday certifications in Financials or Projects are a plus
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available
