What You'll Do

• Play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.
• Serve as the first point of contact, offering assistance and information with warmth and empathy.
• Efficiently manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate communication to ensure smooth operations and alleviate any concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience, fostering a sense of comfort and security within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or at least six months clerical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
• Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
• Possess intermediate personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Possess exceptional Customer Service skills.
