The Randall Oaks Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to serve drinks, greet guests, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our golfers and diners!

What You’ll Do

As a Bartender, you’ll:

• 
  Welcome and greet patrons with a smile, highlighting bar specials and promotions.
• 
  Prepare and serve beverages and food items, following recipes to perfection.
• 
  Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and balance the cash register.
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and equipment.
• 
  Assist in planning drink menus and inventory management as needed.
• 
  Provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
• 
  Represent the Dundee Township Park District with professionalism and positivity.

Who You Are

You’re a proactive team player with:

• 
  BASSET alcohol training and Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• 
  A knack for mixing drinks and pouring beverages like a pro.
• 
  Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 
  The ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• 
  Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 
  A minimum age of 21 years.

Schedule

• 
  Part-time, year-round position with 2-5 shifts per week (6-8 hours per shift).
• 
  Includes weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
