We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Recruiter & HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and HR administrative support, helping us attract and onboard top talent while maintaining efficient HR operations.

Full Cycle Recruiting
- Manage recruiting for staff-level positions from posting to offer
- Post jobs on Indeed and other job boards
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate tracking in Paylocity or ATS
- Ensure timely communication with candidates
- Coordinate background checks and offer letters
- Track recruiting metrics (time to fill, pipeline activity)
HR Administrative Support
- Assist with onboarding and new hire setup
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support benefits enrollment and HR communications
- Assist with HR reporting and compliance tracking

Requirements:- 2 to 5 years of recruiting and HR experience
- Experience with ATS or HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Must reside in the United States within the states where we currently operate.
