The Opportunity

The Financial Analyst will play a support role in helping to drive the financial/operational performance of the North America and Global GPN Product Supply Team. As a Financial Analyst at GPN supporting the Product Supply organization, your work will be used throughout the organization to drive improvements in cost, process improvements, and understanding the company. This role will report to the Product Supply Finance Manager and will be responsible for consolidating product supply data, perform complex finance analyses to ensure financial goals are being met, and report key Global PS KPI’s. This permanent position will report to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

• Monthly consolidation of Labor and Overhead data
• Work with cross functional partners to identify key drivers
• Manage Key Product Supply KPI’s
• Forecast and budget creation for Product Supply team
• Create monthly North America and PS reporting deck slides as needed
• Support Productivity Improvement teams.
• Continuously Improve the Finance Operations team.
• Support month end close where necessary
• Ad Hoc requests as needed supporting report of:
• Productivity
• Inflation
• Forecasting
• Variance Analysis

The Skills you will bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional Accountancy Qualification
• Microsoft Excel skills must be good.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Team player – Will be working with various functional owners at the plants and at corporate.
• Analytics

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $65K-80K with an annual bonus.
