Part-time: Office Assistant

LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing, global tech advertising company to hire a Part-Time Office Assistant to support their downtown Chicago office. This is a high-visibility role within a collaborative, professional environment. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and takes pride in keeping the office organized and running smoothly.

Part-Time Office Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and the Executive Assistant, ensuring smooth office operations
• Anticipate needs and proactively assist with organizational and operational tasks to keep the office running efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace that reflects company standards
• Manage office supplies, snacks, and other essentials to ensure the team is fully equipped
• Coordinate occasional coffee or supply runs as needed
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc office initiatives

Part-Time Office Assistant Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of prior office support or administrative experience required
• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a high-visibility setting

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time schedule, Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00am–2:00pm (approximately 18 hours per week). This role is fully onsite in downtown Chicago.

Compensation: $23/hr
