Zing Recruiting has partnered with one of our top flavor houses in filling a 1st shift blender operator, Mixer Operator role in North Aurora, IL. Company seeks a candidate who has previous experience in production environment (food or ingredient industry)

Shift : 8am- 430pm, OT available Monday through Friday

Pay: $22-$25/hr

Job Requirements Include :

• Responsible for compounding, batching and packing flavors
• Responsible for mixing both simple liquid and powder blends as well as more complex processes including vacuum drying, spray drying and reactions and ensuring that all orders are completed accurately.
• Operate equipment in order to accurately utilize raw ingredient materials in a precise manner to create flavor product
• Utilize computer, scan gun, or other tools and processes to correctly match ingredients to shop orders
• Follow production, safety, quality, and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience in the food industry and familiarity with industry-related quality systems and procedures is highly preferred
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• High School diploma or GED highly preferred
• Must have excellent attention to detail and adhere to policies and procedures
