The position will directly manage in-house and/or 3rd party soft service providers including but not limited to janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, trash & recycling, waste management, pest control, and mail/shipping. The ideal individual directly manages the team that provides janitorial, mail/shipping, and business services support. You will develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our client. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide financial reporting as required. + Asist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through Compass and Client systems. + Manage requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work. + Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus. + Work closely with the site Management team on day-to-day operations and assist the Regional Manager in planning the facilities team's goals and objectives. + Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers. + Establishes work standards and workflow. + Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction. + Any and all other tasks and duties assigned. **Qualifications:** + 3-5 years of industry experience + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented + Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations + Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook + Must be willing to travel up to 25% **Apply to ESFM Services today!** _ESFM is a member of Compass Group USA_ Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( **Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
