Accounts Payable Specialist
A family owned restaurant and bar supply company that has been in business for over forty years. We are actively recruiting for an experienced, detailed oriented Accounts Payable Specialist.
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Match purchase orders to invoices (75+.day)
- Process all utilities, insurance payments, maintenance, leases, etc.
- Process check run, ACHS, & manual checks
- Track truck leasing details including maintenance records and mileage
- Maintain all contracts (leases & services)
- Invoice for warranty repairs for bar washers
- Manage, maintain and track all vendor rebate and billback programs
-Reconcile the bank within accounting system
- Process and approve positive pay in the bank
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Team oriented
- Driven to produce best outcomes for customers and company
- Miscellaneous projects and other tasks as seem fit by management
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
