Food Server – Private Club Dining & Events

Saddle & Cycle Club is seeking polished, hospitality driven Food Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for members and guests in an upscale private club environment.

Our servers play an important role in the daily member experience while also supporting weddings, wine dinners, club events, holiday celebrations, banquets, and private functions throughout the Club.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, team oriented, and comfortable working in both à la carte dining and banquet service environments. We are looking for individuals who enjoy hospitality, thrive in a fast paced setting, and understand the importance of personalized member service.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to members and guests
• Maintain strong menu knowledge including food, wine, cocktails, and daily features
• Learn member names and preferences to enhance the club experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure proper timing and pacing of meal service
• Maintain clean, organized, and polished dining and service areas
• Assist with weddings, club events, banquets, buffets, wine dinners, and private functions
• Execute banquet and event service according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational support
• Work collaboratively with culinary, banquet, and service teams
• Follow club service standards, sanitation procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, banquet, hotel, or private club experience preferred
• Strong hospitality and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high energy environment
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service preferred
• Team oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Evening, weekend, holiday, and event availability required

Certifications

• Food Safety Certification preferred
• Alcohol Beverage Certification preferred
