SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, exceptional creativity, and a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design software. This individual will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning graphics that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

RESPONISBILITIES

• Exceptional design skills that can visually bring to life conceptual ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to Table Talk, Look Book, website popups, brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and visually compelling designs.
• Produce high-quality graphics and layouts adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for print and digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and implement innovative ideas to enhance our visual presence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design outside of school and internships.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Acrobat.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Exceptional design skills that can visually bring to life conceptual ideas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast pace setting.
• Able to take feedback well.
