The ICU Clinical Nurse Manager reports to a Director of Critical Care who champions outcomes and growth. Direct reports include charge nurses staff RNs and support roles and the ICU Nurse Supervisor partners with intensivists respiratory therapy pharmacy and case management. Cross functional work includes collaboration with ED leaders stepdown leaders and hospital operations to streamline patient flow.

The ICU Clinical Nurse Manager leads an ICU with about twenty beds and a steady mix of medical and surgical cases.
