Technical Business Systems Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with internal teams and practitioners to develop, deploy, train and support users on processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams located globally to understand their requirements, document those and work with IT to develop those enhancements for the tools.
• Collaborate with the process and application owners in a variety of projects intended to highlight insights related to product development applications usage, deployment, among other areas
• Ad-hoc data analysis, data processing, and data visualization

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2-4 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Business Process Design – Re-examining workflows to optimize performance.
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical Thinking – Synthesizing data and offering actionable recommendations.
• Demonstration in Administrative Duties for Software Applications

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Off-Highway, Automotive or Aerospace Product Development or Engineering Process Experience, specifically Requirements Management and FMEA
• Product Development/Engineering Software Application Experience
• PowerBI and Data Visualization

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
