Key Responsibilities
- The primary function of this position is to contact via telephone, potential residents identified in the existing lead bank to generate appointments.
- Set initial and subsequent appointments with potential residents
- Make persuasive presentations that encourage prospective residents to make the decision to move to the community.
- Work with sales and marketing staff to exceed quotas and meet or exceed Goals (see Incentives and Goals).
- Respond in a timely and effective way to all inquiries for information, tours and residency.
- Follow established procedures for inquiries/lead sharing, admissions, and assignment of residences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Five or more years of sales experience. Experience in senior living a plus
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, communications or related field of study preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- English language proficiency
