Join Our Event Marketing Team
DALCO Home Remodeling is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our growing Event Marketing team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and earning performance-based bonuses.
You will represent our company at retail locations, community events, trade shows, and local festivals throughout the St. Louis area.
Responsibilities
- Represent DALCO Home Remodeling professionally at events and retail locations such as Sam’s Club
- Engage with potential customers and provide information about our products and services
- Generate customer interest and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with the event team
- Arrive on time and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay with hourly base pay plus performance bonuses
- Typical earnings range from $1,150–$2,250 per week depending on performance and event schedule

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Weekend availability preferred
- Previous customer service, retail, promotions, or event experience is helpful but not required
