Sr. Logistics Coordinator
- Serve as the main point of contact for 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partners, Sales, Order Processing, and Supply Chain partners.
- Monitor fulfillment KPIs including order turn time, warehouse SLA adherence and order accuracy.
- Analyze trends to proactively identify bottlenecks, root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation and training of new platforms/technology.
- Partner with procurement on the rollout and implementation of Carrier and Warehouse RFPs
- Conduct carrier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement with Parcel, LTL and Truckload partners.
- Monitor and support adherence to retailer routing guides and compliance expectations across fulfillment partners.
- Align operational processes to the needs of international markets, including documentation, packaging, and labeling requirements.
- Support capacity planning and peak season readiness through collaboration with Sales and Demand Planning, and developing volume forecasts
- Lead warehouse projects in relation to kitting, reboxing and quality inspections.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control and warehouses to monitor and action unsellable inventory.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting to Leadership that support monthly attainment and revenue goals.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Demonstrates understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- SAP experience preferred
- Knowledge of advanced reporting systems such as Tableau preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent and critical thinking
- Excellent communication, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of international shipping requirements, HTS/HS codes, and customs documentation (SLIs, CIs)
- Experience supporting operations in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or similar markets preferred
- Adaptable/flexible; able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy – tireless in getting the right result
- Able to work both independently and within a team setting
