Consumer manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer lending industry, managing a team, maintaining sales goals, and working with a high sense of urgency. In this role you will focus on training and coaching your employees, making lending decisions, maintaining a low delinquency rate, and upholding strategic sales initiatives. Sign on Bonus: $7,500 Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of direct reports.
- Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving loan applications.
- Retain and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Monitor sales metrics and delinquency rate to achieve branch goals.
- Prepare and submit reports of branch activity.
- Develop additional customers by networking with local businesses.
- Implement and follow internal branch auditing procedures.
- Participate in company meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain compliance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Base salary and monthly bonus incentive.

- 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services Industry.
- Experience in a management position for 2+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to create and sustain sales goals.
- Deep understanding of leading and motivating a team of direct reports.
- Capability to use various technologies and learn new programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
- Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.
