SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: sector such as 1) Setting priorities, assigning workload, providing guidance and feedback, evaluating employee performance and fostering a collaborative team environment. 2) Making recommendations, drafting changes while abiding by Federal laws, regulations and policies. 3) Preparing briefs, policy documents, detailed reports, creating presentations and proposals to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders at all organizational levels. 4) Providing guidance for budget and analyzing cost data for programs. 5) Planning, conducting and managing complex analytical projects or studies by utilizing analysis, research, methodologies and evaluation techniques to assess program effectiveness and efficiency.
