Executive Recruiter (Rosemont)
A global, industry-leading company headquartered in Rosemont is seeking a dynamic Executive Recruiter to join their team. This role will take the lead in driving the recruitment of key leadership positions across the organization, partnering closely with senior executives to shape talent strategy and build high-impact teams. The Executive Recruiter will own the full hiring lifecycle while developing strong pipelines and supporting critical business initiatives. This position offers a salary of $120-160k and a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including health insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities of the Executive Recruiter:
- Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for senior leadership roles, including Director
and Vice President positions across global teams
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CHRO, to identify talent gaps, succession needs, and long-term organizational priorities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through market mapping, networking, and direct outreach to build robust leadership pipelines
- Lead structured interviews, competency-based evaluations, and in-depth candidate assessments to ensure exceptional hiring outcomes
- Utilize tools such as the Predictive Index (PI) to evaluate behavioral and cognitive fit, delivering meaningful insights to hiring leaders
- Present highly qualified candidate shortlists, along with market insights and strategic recommendations, to support executive decision-making
- Drive consistency by establishing and refining global recruiting processes, including interview practices and assessment standards
- Continuously improve recruiting systems, analytics, and workflows to enhance efficiency, hiring success, and alignment with compliance and DEI initiatives
Qualifications of the Executive Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience recruiting senior-level roles, including Director and VP positions within complex or multi-site organizations
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing high-level leadership talent through strategic and proactive recruiting methods
- Strong background in conducting competency-based interviews and evaluating executive-level candidates
- Experience with behavioral and cognitive assessment tools, with the ability to interpret insights and apply them effectively
- Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide hiring decisions at the senior leadership level
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
