Clear Staff is helping a client in Wheeling for a Customer Service Agent. This is temporary.

Temp Customer Service Agent
We are looking for a professional bilingual employee who is able to assist in our busiest
time of year by answering easy-to-answer customer service questions. These inquiries can
include order progress information, such as tracking or lead times. This employee would
also need to be proficient in typing and grammar skills on Mac computers. This employee
would also be expected to be able to help with the processing of paperwork and payment
on customer orders.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Answer phone calls and transfer customers to the proper agent for assistance
• Assist customers by processing payments for their orders
• Moving customer orders into production by properly filling out paperwork
• Assist customer with updates on their orders with tracking information
• Assist customers with returns and/or exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Assist in other office/clerical tasks as needed
