Site Manager – Sparkle Car Wash, Elgin.
Sparkle Car Wash is looking for a seasoned, motivated Site Manager to lead our Elgin location. We’re a people-first company, and we’re searching for a leader who inspires others, drives performance, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience every day.
Pay & Perks:
- $55,000–$65,000 annually.
- Monthly performance bonuses.
- Commission on personally sold memberships.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus (with qualifying experience in retail, restaurant, or car wash operations).

What You’ll Do:
- Lead all site operations, including labor management, sales performance, and team leadership.
- Drive membership conversions and build a strong sales culture.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Maintain top-tier standards in cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Conduct interviews and participate in district meetings.
- Take full responsibility for site opening/closing.
