In this role, you will contribute to the comfort and safety of guests, residents, or staff by ensuring assigned spaces are cleaned and cared for to high standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, manages time effectively, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces
• Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform other general cleaning tasks
• Empty trash and remove waste in accordance with facility procedures
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs promptly
• Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality standards
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests, residents, or team members

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or related experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Basic understanding of cleaning methods, products, and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
