Hr front desk assistant

Overview: The HR Front Desk Assistant serves as the first point of contact for employees, job applicants, and visitors to the Human Resources department. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment, providing exceptional administrative support, and assisting with daily HR operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, discreet, and eager to help others. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and job candidates at the HR front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate HR staff members.
• Submit requests for office supplies and facilities work orders for HR.
• Serves as a back up to the HR Help Desk.
• Assist with onboarding documentation of new team members as needed by the regulatory and onboarding teams.
• Maintain and organize HR files, both physical and electronic, following established filing procedures.
• Support HR staff with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Order and maintain office supplies and work orders for the HR department.
• Sorts and delivers interoffice mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth HR department operations.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $18.39per hour - $29.79per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
