Job Title: Personal Assistant for Household and Business Support (Your New Right-Hand Person!) Location: Peoria, Illinois Pay Rate: $17 per hour (Event travel beyond 5 hours: $25 per hour; Full cleaning days: $25.50 per hour) Job Type: Part-Time, As Needed (minimum 4 hours per month) --- About Us Reese's Creative Creations is a family-focused, creative business specializing in wedding planning, photography, videography, and custom gifts. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a special kind of Personal Assistant—someone who can be a true right-hand person, blending personal and business support seamlessly. Think of it as being a paid “best friend” who’s just as organized as they are supportive. You’ll be working closely with me, and I want someone who feels like a natural extension of myself, with the same enthusiasm, work ethic, and vibe. Important Note: Candidates for this position must be non-smokers. Due to a preference for a smoke-free environment, this role is not suitable for smokers. Travel Requirement: Many of our events are out of town or even out of state, so candidates must be willing to travel as needed. Travel for events over 5 hours is compensated at a higher rate. This role will fit perfectly if you: Love making lists, setting timers, and getting things done. Are flexible, reliable, and enjoy mixing things up—some days may be errands, others event prep, and some just keeping everything in order. Can balance the professional side of things while being friendly and personable. Don’t have prior experience as an assistant? That’s okay! As long as you’re organized, positive, and eager to learn, we’re happy to bring you on board. Key Responsibilities 1. Household Management Cleaning & Organizing: Keep living spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and office spaces) neat and organized. Stock & Supply: Track household supplies and ensure restocking. Errands: Run errands like grocery shopping and dry cleaning. 2. Pet Care Daily Walks and Feeding: Care for two lovable dogs, Reese Boy and Luna Girl. Additional Critter Care: Look after our kitten, Rose, and puppy, Louise. 3. Childcare Assistance Supervision: Help with pickups and supervision for three children, ages 13, 9, and 6, as needed.

Educational Help: Assist with homework and educational activities. Event Support: Provide childcare during events. 4. Personal & Business Support Scheduling: Manage schedules, appointments, and commitments. Light Meal Prep: Occasionally assist with meal prep or cooking (though we mostly use Instacart, DoorDash, and Uber Eats). Maintenance Coordination: Oversee household maintenance and repairs as needed. Event Travel: Be willing to travel for business events with extra pay for time over 5 hours. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience is welcomed but not required. Skills: Great organizational skills, a multitasker at heart, and a positive, friendly personality. Non-Smoker: This role is for non-smokers only. Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Comfortable with Kids and Pets: Pet- and kid-friendly is a must! Willingness to Travel: Must be open to frequent travel, including out-of-town and out-of-state events. Working Hours Flexible, Part-Time: Minimum 4 hours per month, on-site in Peoria, Illinois. Event Flexibility: Willing to travel for events, compensated at $25 per hour for time over 5 hours. Full Cleaning Days: Paid at $25.50 per hour.
