We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a vast inventory of parts to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence. : As a Parts Specialist at Oasis Powersports, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring they find the right components for their vehicles. You will also manage inventory, process orders, and provide expert advice to customers, both in person and over the phone. Your passion for powersports and attention to detail will be key to helping our customers keep their vehicles in top condition. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
  • Provide expert advice on parts selection, usage, and compatibility.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of parts and accessories.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and shelving incoming parts and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts availability for repairs.
  • Manage special orders, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment.
  • Keep up to date with new products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring repeat business.
  • Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized parts department.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in powersports or automotive fields preferred.
  • Previous experience in a parts department, preferably within the powersports or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related parts and accessories.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Proficient in using parts catalogs, inventory management software, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical ability to lift and move parts and accessories as needed.
