Location: New Lenox, IL

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour + Comprehensive Benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. | 40 Hours Weekly

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of tile installation experience
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Personal flooring installation tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Professional communication skills and fluent English
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality work

Key Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and other tile flooring
• Prepare surfaces and layouts for accurate installation
• Read measurements and complete projects with precision
• Follow company safety guidelines and installation standards
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Work collaboratively with team members and builder representatives
