HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE IN HAMPSHIRE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Associate to join our team in Hampshire, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting daily production operations within a meat processing facility. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Sunday through Friday, 6am-job completion
• Located in Hampshire, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack and palletize finished products
• Stage products for shipping or further processing
• Assist with production machinery and machine operations as needed
• Support meat production and processing activities
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and raw product storage rooms
• Remove empty boxes, trash, and debris from work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and food safety guidelines
• Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to management
• Work collaboratively as part of a production team
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements and Qualifications

• 0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and work for long shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
