MBA has recently expanded our facility to meet our community's demand. We are busy and growing! We currently see 350+ cars per month with the goal to grow to 400+ cars per month. We have earned an awesome Google 4.9 Star Rating with almost 450 reviews and counting! Perfect- No, but when you read them, you will learn who we are.

What we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Previous service writing, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance practices is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs while providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare accurate auto estimates and service write-ups to ensure clear communication with both customers and service technicians.
- Present additional services based on customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
- Stay updated on automotive repair trends, technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers.
