We’re seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to play a vital role in our purchasing and planning processes, including Purchase Order Expediting. In this support-focused position, you'll oversee purchase order acknowledgments, communicate with suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong foundation in data management and vendor relations, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP essential) and managing large datasets
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise with suppliers and internal departments
• Keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and order management
• Creative problem-solving skills combined with analytical thinking
• Ability to work effectively with warehouse, customer service, and procurement teams
• Reliable, professional, and highly organized mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry or procurement support roles
• Familiarity with EDI onboarding and NetSuite case management

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of relevant data entry or procurement support experience

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be dependable and presentable, with a professional demeanor
