Flexera has over 30 years of experience and is headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, with a global presence.**Position Overview**Flexera is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in shaping and enhancing the Data Platform, with a particular focus on third-party integration and common platform services. This role is pivotal in driving analytics, improving shared service functionality, and unifying the user experience across the platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** **Product Strategy:** Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Flexera One Data Platform, aligning with company goals and customer needs.* **Analytics Leadership:** Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities, enabling customers to gain actionable insights from their data.* **Shared Service Enhancement:** Lead efforts to enhance shared service functionality for seamless collaboration and data sharing.* **Unified User Experience:** Create a unified and intuitive user experience, ensuring consistency in design and usability.* **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritise and deliver features aligned with business objectives.* **Customer Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather feedback and incorporate their input into product development.* **Roadmap Execution:** Drive successful execution of the product roadmap, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.* **Documentation:** Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and other relevant materials.* **Integration Ecosystem:** Conduct market research to validate customer needs and ensure integrations deliver compelling value propositions.* **KPI Monitoring:** Establish and monitor KPIs to assess integration performance and inform product decisions.* **Thought Leadership:** Serve as subject matter expert for Flexera and data analytics, providing guidance internally and externally.* **Industry Awareness:** Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, competition, and updates (e.g., ServiceNow) impacting integration capabilities.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.* 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful integrations, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based environments.* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools and techniques.* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.* A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.* Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.* Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms is a plus.* Familiarity with IT asset management, software licensing, or related domains is advantageous.* Willingness to travel and engage with customers, partners, and internal teams globally.**What We Offer*** A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration.* Competitive compensation package, including equity options and comprehensive benefits.### #LI-REMOTE### #LI-JP2### #LI-ProductManagementFlexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
