Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable Specialist

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading real estate company who is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team! In this critical role, you’ll ensure the smooth financial operations of our client’s real estate business, managing billing, payments and financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

• Process, record and monitor incoming payments and invoices from tenants and clients. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all transactions
• Manage outgoing payments, vendor invoices and expense tracking, ensuring all expenses align with budgets and company policies
• Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Generate detailed reports for management, offering insights into cash flow and financial trends
• Work closely with the finance team and property managers to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and/or payable, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus!)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
