Registered Nurse (RN) - Wellness & IV Therapy (Med Spa Environment)

About This Role

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a wellness-focused, guest-facing environment. Unlike hospital or acute-care nursing, this role is centered on IV therapy and wellness services, offering a calmer pace and the opportunity to build relationships with our guests.

Compensation includes a competitive base hourly rate aligned with outpatient/wellness nursing plus commission opportunities on IV and wellness services. Many of our nurses find they can earn more overall in this setting compared to traditional roles, while enjoying a collaborative and community-driven atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Administer IV therapy and support other wellness services safely, professionally, and with warmth.

• Educate guests on services, memberships, and wellness programs to encourage ongoing care.

• Support sales initiatives by highlighting service benefits (earning commission opportunities).

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance and safety standards.

• Partner with leadership and teammates to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Help foster a welcoming, guest-first environment that reflects the values of iCRYO Edgewater.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license (Illinois) in good standing.

• Strong IV therapy skills and confidence with venipuncture.

• Previous experience in med spa, outpatient, or wellness setting preferred.

• Comfort in a sales-driven, guest-facing role with commission potential.

• Ability to work one weekend day per week and maintain flexible availability.

• Strong communication, organizational, and guest service skills.
