Ballers Bar & Grill is a new sports-themed restaurant and bar where the game is always on and the drinks never stop flowing. We’re gearing up for a big opening and looking for talented bartenders who bring energy, personality, and great service to the table.

Job Description:
We’re hiring experienced bartenders and servers who know how to keep the crowd happy, the drinks cold, and the vibes high. You’ll be mixing up signature cocktails, pouring beers, and giving guests a top-tier experience from the first whistle to the final buzzer.

Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests
• Provide prompt, friendly service and build rapport with customers
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience in a bar or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, wine, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Must be 21+ with required certifications (e.g. TIPS, ServeSafe Alcohol, etc.)
• Available to work nights, weekends, and during big game days
