Job Description
Join a dynamic HR team during a time of transformation as a Bilingual HR Administrative Clerk. You will play a key role in enhancing HR operations, focusing on reception area management and file system organization. This is a temp-to-hire position with a clear path to full-time employment after a 90-day probation period. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to contribute to compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Provide front-desk support and administrative assistance to the HR team.

Transform and reorganize the current file system for improved efficiency.

Ensure weekly filing is completed and maintained accurately.

Support HR compliance and regulatory documentation specific to Chicago.

Prioritize and manage multiple clerical tasks effectively.

Suggest improvements to office and administrative processes.

Deliver professional and courteous service to internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with data entry and administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with HR administration tasks including onboarding, recruiting, payroll, and filing.

Experience in answering phones and managing clerical duties.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
