We’re looking for a confident and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team! In this role, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, connecting with potential and existing customers to provide exceptional service and generate opportunities.
The ideal candidate is not afraid to pick up the phone , thrives in a fast-paced environment , and can multi-task with ease . You’ll need to quickly build rapport, actively listen, and communicate clearly to deliver a positive customer experience on every call. This position includes commission, quarterly, and yearly bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Actively listen, identify customer needs, and provide the best solutions.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call goals and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and results.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and resilience when speaking with potential customers.
Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
