Full-time AND Part-time positions AVAILABLE

Rewards:

Mover = $18-$21/hour plus tips - Experienced Drivers/Team Leads with at least one year of team lead and or driving experience are eligible for our Captain positions

Junk Hauler = Commission based: Potential for equivalent of $18-$21/hour plus tips - Experienced Drivers/Team Leads with at lest one year of team lead and or driving experience are eligible for our Captain positions

1. Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
2. Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
3. SAFELY operate at all times.
4. Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
5. Make sure truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
6. Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
7. Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime).
8. Lead your team by relevant example, showing them what the core values of the company are all about.
9. Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
10. Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance

Requirements:

1. MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
2. MUST have reliable transportation to work.
3. MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
4. MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.
5. MUST be able to pass a federal background check.
6. MUST have a valid driver license
7. MUST be at least 20 years or older with no more than 3 violations on background (Drivers only)
