Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bolingbrook, IL by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive regional dry‑van routes operating in the Midwest with regular home‑weekly schedules and transparent mileage pay from HMD Trucking. Work with modern equipment and a large, well‑maintained fleet to move freight safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Operate company tractors and dry van trailers on scheduled lanes, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Perform pre/post‑trip inspections, maintain logs, and comply with all DOT requirements.

Pay & benefits:

• $0.70 per mile, $2,500 sign‑on, orientation and incentive bonuses, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and access to a 500+ truck fleet.

Qualifications:

• CDL‑A and 12+ months verifiable commercial driving experience.
