- Compensation: Starting at $45/hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing bilingual speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders in school settings.

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills in both English and the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans to address students' communication goals and objectives in their primary language and English.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, vocabulary development, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to integrate speech-language therapy goals and strategies into students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other members of the educational team to provide updates on students' progress, therapy goals, and recommendations for home practice.
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, materials, and technology to enhance students' speech and language skills and promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current ASHA certification required
- Passionate about working with K-12 students
- Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
- Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred).

Additionally, the employee must have the physical stamina to supervise and engage with students throughout the school day.
