We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to uphold the highest cleanliness standards for all guest rooms and common areas in our hotel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to providing a welcoming environment for our guests.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Room Maintenance

• Change and replace all bed linens and towels to ensure guest comfort.
• Sanitize and clean all restrooms to maintain hygiene standards.
• Dust and wipe down all room surfaces, including windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture.
• Vacuum and mop all floors, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Restock all room amenities and supplies to meet guest needs.
• Ensure all rooms are set up according to company standards prior to guest arrival.

Workstation Management

• Maintain a clean and organized personal workstation, properly stocked with sheets, towels, and amenities.
• Complete daily housekeeping reports accurately and efficiently.

Guest Relations

• Offer assistance to guests whenever possible, promoting a positive hotel experience.
• Respond to and follow up on all guest requests to ensure satisfaction with hotel services and accommodations.
• Resolve escalated customer relations issues professionally.
• Answer inquiries related to hotel policies and services, providing clear and helpful information.

Safety and Security:

• Ensure systems and procedures are in place and adhered to for guest safety and security.
• Report any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff promptly.
• Inform the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk staff when rooms are ready for new guests.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.
• Superior customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25-50 pounds frequently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including day and morning shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
