Title : Lease Administrator

Location : Northbrook, IL (On-Site)

Assignment Type:  3- month contract with potential for extensions

Compensation : $33 - $35/ Hour depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, interpret, and abstract lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents.
• Maintain accurate lease data, critical dates, and financial terms within the property management system.
• Track and manage key dates such as renewals, expirations, rent increases, and option notices.
• Process and verify rent payments, CAM charges, escalations, and other billing items.
• Coordinate with property management, accounting, and legal to resolve lease discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms for both tenant and landlord obligations.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and lease-related documentation for management review.
• Manage document storage, digital files, and maintain organized lease records.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and confirming financial/lease accuracy.
• Communicate with tenants, landlords, and internal staff regarding lease requirements, questions, and updates.
• Support onboarding of new properties and integration of lease documents into internal systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in lease administration, property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of lease terminology and real estate concepts.
• Proficiency in property management systems (Yardi)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
