Automotive Parts Counter Specialist

Assist technicians, service advisors, and body shop personnel with parts requests
Source, price, and order OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Receive, verify, label, and stock incoming parts orders
Process parts returns and warranty claims
Work with vendors to obtain the best pricing and availability
Ensure all parts are billed correctly to repair orders
Monitor backorders and communicate updates to service and body shop teams
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
Work closely with management to improve efficiency and profitability Requirements:
Previous automotive parts experience required
Experience with Dealertrack DMS preferred
ability to shop around for best prices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer:
