Accounting Clerk
- Manage accounts receivable by generating invoices, posting payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on overdue payments
- Handle full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, 3-way matching, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing
- Perform bank, deposit, and petty cash reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate cash balance reporting
- Calculate monthly sales commissions and royalty payments while supporting invoicing accuracy and sales-related data entry
- Partner with the CFO, external accountants, vendors, and internal teams to support financial reporting, month-end activities, and overall accounting accuracy
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk experience with exposure to both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- QuickBooks Online experience required , including transaction entry, record maintenance, and daily accounting support
- Ability to process high-volume transactions and invoices with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office for data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and financial recordkeeping
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Work directly alongside the CFO and gain broad exposure to accounting, finance, operations, and sales administration functions
