Manufacturing Tech

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician I to join our team in Round Lake, Illinois. This is a hands-on, entry-level role perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and committed to quality and safety.

There are two shifts available:

Day Shift:

• 5am to 5:30pm
• 2-2-3 Schedule (36 hours one week then 48 hours)
• Pay: $21.00 (after 720 hours worked get bumped to $22.00)

Night Shift:

• 5pm to 5:30am
• 2-2-3 Schedule ( 36 hours one week then 48 hours)
• Pay: $22.68 (after 720 hours worked get bumped up to $23.76)

In this role, you will be responsible for executing production processes while strictly following cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), environmental, health, and safety guidelines. You will play a vital role in our 24/7 manufacturing operation, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured products for irregularities or defects.
• Operate general production equipment such as labelers, parts washers, and autoclaves.
• Perform manual cleaning of portable equipment and the production area.
• Complete relevant paperwork , adhering to GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Communicate any issues related to safety, quality, or equipment to the manufacturing lead or supervisor.
• Assist with troubleshooting process problems and participate in continuous improvement teams.
• The essential functions of this job include:
