- Embody the service vision of S-E-E (Service, Exciting, Educational) by ensuring every patient feels like they are the only one by delivering an engaging and fun experience from frame selection to lens fitting!
- Collaborate with the team to set and achieve financial goals while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Identify and cultivate talent within the practice, providing guidance and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, EMR systems, and leveraging cutting-edge optical technology to provide the best possible service.
- Build strong relationships with both staff and patients.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eye care
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams, customer service, and sales
- ABO certification with managerial experience in both medical office and retail optical settings.
- A solid understanding of the requirements of a small business, along with the drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed them.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and the latest optical equipment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish would be desirable, but is not required.
