Development Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a 3–5 year product roadmap
Lead new product development from concept through production
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and project risk
Lead structural design, weldments, and motion system integration
Drive design-for-manufacturing, cost reduction, and product reliability improvements
Mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
8+ years of experience in capital equipment or industrial machinery
Proven experience leading projects from concept to launch
Strong background in structural steel design, motion systems, and mechanical power transmission
Experience managing cross-functional teams
