The Opportunity

On Point Counseling is currently hiring full-time and part-time therapists to join our expanding practice.

This role is well-suited for clinicians who want:

Position Structure

This is a hybrid position .

Clinicians are expected to:

• Work three days per week in the office
• Offer evening hours and/or Saturday availability
• Maintain a consistent caseload
• Provide individual psychotherapy services
• Complete timely and thoughtful clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision when applicable

The practice provides administrative and billing support.

Compensation

Our compensation model is based on a per-session structure , allowing clinicians to build a predictable, transparent income as their caseload grows.

Clinicians never have to wait for payor reimbursement , and pay periods are bi-weekly .

Compensation is determined based on license level, clinical experience, and role within the practice .

QualificationsRequired

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field completed or expected before start date
• Illinois license or license eligibility , including:

LSW
LPC
LCPC
LMFT
LCSW

• Candidates currently completing graduate programs or preparing to sit for their licensing exam are encouraged to apply , provided they expect to meet licensure requirements within the hiring timeline.
• Commitment to ethical and thoughtful clinical work
• Interest in professional development and supervision

Preferred

• Experience working with trauma, anxiety, or mood disorders
• Interest in working with diverse client populations
