School-Based OT Position Batavia, IL Area

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support a school district near Batavia, Illinois for the 20252026 school year. This 37.5-hour-per-week position will work with a K12 caseload and run from August 4, 2025, through May 22, 2026. The role is a great opportunity for an OT who is passionate about helping students succeed in both academic and functional skills within the school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students motor and functional needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goals

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Illinois OT license or ability to obtain before start date

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required

• Strong understanding of school-based OT practices and IEP processes

• Excellent munication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Availability to work full-time for the duration of the assignment: 8/4/25 5/22/26
