Senior Business Travel Sales Manager - Hilton Midwest Cluster
We’re thrilled to share an exciting opportunity within one of our largest Hilton clusters! Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a Senior Business Travel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will represent a portfolio of 15 Hilton corporate-managed hotels across the Midwest, playing a key part in driving high-impact, revenue-generating business.
This position is based on property at the iconic Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, placing you at the center of a fast-paced, high-profile sales environment in downtown Chicago.

The annual salary for this role is $85,000 + and is based on applicable specialized experience and location.
What Will I Be Doing?
As a Senior Business Travel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing qualified business travel sales volume by developing key relationships with new business travel accounts, and growing production with assigned existing accounts across the group of hotels represented.
- Develop new BTS accounts via research and connections excluding key national accounts.
- Negotiate and execute contracts for Volume Accounts
- Qualify prospects for the Complexed group of hotels
- Prepare and present proposals and/or contracts to prospective customers
- Develop and execute on-site and field presentations to prospective clients
- Engage in outside sales activities to discuss business opportunities and entertain customers
- Participate in industry related organizations and the local community to develop business
- Attend departmental meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1+ years of hotel sales experience
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within assigned markets and attend tradeshows
- Business Travel sales experience preferred
- Experience with Delphi is a plus

Sales Incentive
