Job Description:

We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a general labor position. This is an excellent opportunity to get started in our manufacturing facility and build the skills needed to transition into a specialized production role after your initial training and onboarding period.

What You’ll Start With:
As a General Laborer, you’ll support the production team with a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Assisting with material handling and cleanup
• Supporting machine operators as needed
• Moving and stacking products (may involve lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Learning basic production processes and safety procedures
• Gaining familiarity with tools like forklifts and SAP (training provided)

Important details:

Position may be on 2nd or 3rd shift in a union manufacturing plant with training potentially on a different shift. Pay starts at $25.22/hr and is based on the union contract.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary The ability to work on various shifts depending on available positions
